• site visuals are not intended to depict actual people engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct;
• character chat is generated text, not a record of a visual performance.

Why no invented custodian address appears

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 focus on performers who are an “actual human being” in covered visual works and, where applicable, require identity records, a records location and labeling. The site has no performer records to verify for its current synthetic cast, so it will not invent a custodian, address or archive.

Uploads and real-person material

Accounts are used only for access control and subscriptions; character creation and public uploads are not available. Users may not submit intimate images of real people, non-consensual likenesses or any material involving minors. Any future change in features or asset provenance must be reassessed before release.
