1. Eligibility and age

The site offers non-sexual AI story conversations for a general audience. Account and payment use must meet applicable local eligibility requirements; minors should use the service with guardian guidance. Preset characters are fictional adults.

2. Nature of the service

Huangguo Peipei provides generative-AI conversations with fictional characters. Characters are not real people and have no consciousness, feelings, professional credentials or ability to make promises.

Conversations focus on everyday life, friendship, adventure and storytelling. Sexual content, sexual advances and graphic violence are not supported. Access remains subject to applicable law, these Terms, technical limits and upstream-provider rules.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to create, request, submit, distribute or facilitate:

• sexual content involving minors, age-ambiguous people, age regression, grooming, sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• non-consensual sexual content about a real person, intimate imagery, impersonation, stalking, doxxing or disclosure of personal data;
• trafficking, coerced real-world conduct, violent harm, illegal transactions or operational help to commit a crime;
• infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights, or circumvention of technical protection;
• malware, automated abuse, key extraction, rate-limit evasion, disruption or unreasonable infrastructure load.

4. Your input and AI output

You must have the rights needed for the text and character information you submit. You grant only the limited permission needed to generate a reply, perform safety checks and troubleshoot the service; we do not claim ownership of your original input. When you send or regenerate a message, we also store and review that exchange for product improvement as described in the Privacy Policy, unless you opt out in chat settings.

AI output may be repetitive, wrong, offensive or similar to output given to others. We do not promise that output is unique, accurate, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose. Review it before saving, relying on or sharing it.

5. Local records and privacy

Chats, personas and preferences are stored in the current browser by default. Clearing site data, using private browsing or changing devices may permanently erase them. When you send a message, the necessary context is transmitted temporarily to our server and model provider. See the Privacy Policy. When you are signed in, conversations sync encrypted to your account by default; you can turn this off in chat settings (see Privacy Policy section 2b).

6. Health, safety and professional advice

Replies are for entertainment only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and cannot replace real-world consent, relationships or emergency support. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

7. Accounts, plans, billing and availability

Provide and verify a working email, protect your password and session, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may not share or sell access, automate registrations, or evade the 300-turn preview, plan allowances, rate limits or access controls. We may restrict or terminate accounts for safety, legal, payment-dispute or Terms violations.

Paid plans renew automatically through Stripe. The currency, price, taxes, billing interval, renewal date and total due are those you accept in Checkout. You can manage or cancel through Stripe Billing Portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting an account, stopping use or clearing browser data does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription. Refunds follow the checkout disclosure, applicable law and the actual resolution of the request; unused time is not promised to be refundable.

Live H3 motion is a cost-limited allowance counted by plan and UTC calendar month; unused generations do not roll over. We try to return a generation when submission fails before the model service accepts it. Standard text chat, models, plan features and allowances can change for cost, safety or technical reasons, with reasonable notice of materially adverse changes where practical.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” and may be interrupted, rate-limited, changed or lose data. We may modify, suspend or end the service for product, operational, safety or legal reasons, and may refuse requests that clearly breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service disclaims express and implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual property and notices

The interface, brand and preset assets are protected by their respective rights. Use the Copyright / DMCA page for copyright reports. That reporting channel is not a representation that a DMCA agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

10. Applicable rules, languages and updates

Mandatory local laws apply. The Chinese, English and Japanese versions serve the same purpose; the Chinese version is the primary reference if wording differs, without limiting mandatory rights. Material changes are shown by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised Terms.
