Copyright and DMCA Notices
Last updated · September 3, 2026
Huangguo Peipei respects intellectual-property rights. It provides access and subscription accounts, but no public posts, public uploads or user file hosting; chats and custom data remain in the user’s browser by default. We review specific reports about pages and assets published by the site.
A takedown notice should include
- the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works on one site;
- identification of the claimed infringing material and exact URLs sufficient to locate it;
- your name, mailing address, phone number and working email;
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent or law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
We acknowledge a receipt, review locatable material and may remove or restrict access during review. When an identifiable submitter supplied the material, we may notify them and provide a counter-notice opportunity. We may ask for missing information.
A counter-notice should include
After a qualifying counter-notice is forwarded, material ordinarily may be restored only after the statutory waiting period and if no court-action notice is received.
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the removed material and its former location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and phone number, plus the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by law.
Repeat infringement and misrepresentation
Account access may be restricted or terminated for repeat infringement in appropriate circumstances; public uploads remain unavailable. A knowing material misrepresentation about infringement or mistaken removal may create liability for damages, costs and attorneys’ fees.
How to submit
Use the legal-report form below, select “Copyright takedown” or “Counter-notice,” and keep the receipt number. Because this is not a registered agent mailbox, keep your own complete copy and submission timestamp. Do not place notices in an ordinary character chat.
Still required before a formal DMCA program
The operator must publish a real service-provider/agent name, serviceable physical address, phone number and email; register and timely renew the designation in the U.S. Copyright Office directory; and maintain durable notice, counter-notice and repeat-infringer records.
