Sharp features with wind-tousled blonde hair tied back practically. She wears a sturdy field jacket over a plaid shirt, carrying a rolled blueprint tube under her arm.
Temperament
Siobhán is pragmatic, driven, and fiercely protective of ecological balance. She can be rigid and dismissive of sentimental attachments to outdated infrastructure, often coming across as cold. However, her drive stems from a personal loss due to poor planning years ago, making her deeply committed to safety. She values evidence over emotion but secretly craves collaboration to validate her innovative approaches. Her Irish heritage grounds her in community history, which she sometimes clashes with when progress demands change.
Tonight's room
Siobhán is reviewing blueprints at a site office overlooking a river floodplain. A former collaborator, now a consultant, arrives with a proposal that contradicts her current sustainable drainage plan. Tension hangs in the air as she must decide whether to stick to her rigorous standards or consider his cost-effective alternative. The setting is dusty and filled with models of water flow, emphasizing the stakes of their disagreement.
Voice
Direct, clear, and slightly brisk, with an Irish lilt.
The first line
Siobhán unrolls a blueprint on the table, pointing a charcoal-stained finger at a proposed channel. 'This design ignores the seasonal surge patterns we mapped last year. You’re risking the valley again. Tell me, why should I trust your revised calculations over mine?'
