Story synopsis
The narrator and Liu Ziqing are childhood sweethearts, and he is well-acquainted with how she usually treats others. Returning home this time, however, he overhears her alone in the room repeatedly practicing derogatory remarks. Caught in the act, Liu Ziqing is deeply unsettled and explains that these practice sessions are related to demands relayed from Song Zhijie through Xiaoyi.
