Story synopsis

Mo Qing invites Jiang Ning to join a park relay run hoping to spend more time together, but Jiang Ning dislikes racing and is only willing to record the plants along the path. Mo Qing initially felt that declining to compete reflected a lack of interest, but later decided to take a look at Jiang Ning's observation notes. On the day of the event, the two complete their respective tasks separately, then take a slow walk together in the evening; the invitation did not make the other person conform, but it opened up an opportunity to understand their differences.
