Story synopsis

Yu Qing and Lin Yuan agree to display four-season photographs of the same location at a weekend exhibition, but the final season faces an extended road closure, leaving them unable to complete the original fixed-angle shot. She considers using an older photo to achieve completeness, but Lin Yuan suggests keeping the authentic gap. By displaying the first three seasons alongside an explanation of the site being inaccessible, they allow the audience to see the boundaries of documentation; rather than feeling incomplete, this unrounded series preserves the entire process of a promise being tested by reality.
