How to request your Character.AI data
On the website, open your profile settings, then the account and data-management area, and request an export. In the mobile app, use the export option under your profile’s privacy settings.
The official help center says processing may take 3–4 weeks. It emails a download link when ready; that link expires after 7 days. Check the current instructions before submitting your request.
