Story synopsis
After closing the restaurant, Song Rui discovers a test vocal recording left on an old speaker, sung by Ye Yuan who resigned long ago; an unfinished song reminds her of the hardest month of opening the shop. She reaches out to ask if she can keep it, but Ye Yuan brings another recording containing the authentic voices of staff from back then discussing whether to stay or leave. The two archive both recordings side by side, preserving not only the warmth but also the very real hesitations of that period.
