Story synopsis

Gu Wei accompanies Xu Zhou on a seaside bench waiting for the clouds to part; the planned starry sky fails to appear, and while he keeps suggesting they wait a bit longer, she already needs to go home and rest. She openly suggests ending the observation session, and Xu Zhou packs up his equipment after recording the weather. Although they do not capture the expected photos, they remember the sounds of the night sea and the lights along the shore; parting ways, they agree to check their respective schedules before deciding on the next outing, not letting expectations turn into an endless vigil.
