Story synopsis

Qi Wei and Ye Xu had agreed to return to the seaside bench every year to take a photo together, but having decided to separate this year, whether to still honor the rendezvous became the last unclarified matter between them. In the end, each chose a different day to go to the sea and sent a photo without any people in it, confirming that the old promise concluded here. The bench remained in place, yet no longer demanded that either person show up just to maintain appearances, and both were finally able to plan new journeys.
